Yoga sessions was one of our first programs that has grown in popularity. Now, we organize yoga sessions five days a week. The sessions are conducted by trained yoga practitioners. Being on zoom has helped us reach seniors who have mobility issues or cannot commute to our center. Our participants come from all over Canada and the world, including the middle-east, USA, UK and India. Yoga and wellness practices have countless benefits for seniors, Youth and families. Engaging in regular yoga and wellness activities can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength, which can prevent falls and other injuries. Additionally, yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve cognitive function, and even alleviate chronic pain. मस्ती - Masti means Fun

Music and dance can energize anyone. They are two powerful tools to entertain and promote mental well being among seniors. Not only can music boost mood and reduce stress, but it can also improve memory and cognitive function. We organize our flagship music program, Geet Bahaar, once a month. We welcome all enthusiastic singers to perform for our seniors, in Geet Bahaar. Other than Geet Bahaar, we work with music-minded organizations such as Rhythm Ravivaar to host their music programs in Toronto-east. Senior's Social on Tuesday afternoons, provide opportunities for all senior-participants to sing.



At E3 - Educate, Enlighten, Entertain - our goal is to keep our members informed, enlightened, and entertained about issues that are relevant to our overall well-being. Our organization is dedicated to promoting healthy living, and we believe that providing accurate and relevant information is key to achieving this goal. We invite experts from various fields to deliver talks on a range of topics. These including physical and mental health, stress management, yoga for health, eye-care, hearing, nutrition, and more. By providing our members with access to these informative talks, we hope to inspire them to take action towards improving their health and well-being.

"Fueling Minds, One Bite at a Time" - Join us in our mission to provide hot, nutritious meals to school children across the city. We believe that healthy meals are the foundation for a successful future, and we invite you to join us in this mission. Currently, our program runs in two schools in Toronto, where we are teaching children and their parents to cook healthy nutritious meals. Soon we will be launching our food bank where meals will be available for anyone who needs and registers to receive meals.



Welcome to KEYTAAB, Talking Books, a virtual book club that brings joy and social connection to seniors through the power of reading. Reading is essential for a healthy and fulfilling life. By participating in this program, our members have (re) developed their reading habit. Talking Books, gives an opportunity to discuss stories, connect with others and hear their interpretation of the story, and experience the joy of great storytelling.

Our program is designed to inspire people of all ages, especially seniors, to experience the joy of gardening. Gardening provides fresh produce and improves mental and physical health, promotes relaxation, and connects us with nature.



We're passionate about helping international students and newcomers succeed in their careers and personal lives. Our program offers a wide range of services, including job search assistance, counseling, and networking opportunities. Our mentorship program provides the resources, support, and guidance needed to achieve success. With experienced mentors, personalized support, and valuable workshops, joining our mentorship program is the perfect way to build your skills and knowledge, connect with others, and achieve your goals.



Welcome to our women support program! We are dedicated to empowering women and providing them with the resources and support needed to achieve success in all aspects of their lives. Our program offers a range of services, including career development, counseling, and networking opportunities. We believe that by supporting and empowering women, we can create a better world for everyone. Our program helps participants to connect with like-minded individuals, build skills and knowledge, and achieve their goals. The second area that we work is in supporting women who are victims of domestic violence.
