Our Mission
Yoga sessions was one of our first programs that has grown in popularity. Now, we organize yoga sessions five days a week and meditation 3 days a week on zoom. The sessions are conducted by trained yoga practitioners. Being on zoom has helped us reach seniors who have mobility issues or cannot commute to our center. Our participants come from all over Canada and the world, including the middle-east, USA, UK and India. Yoga and wellness practices have countless benefits for seniors, Youth and families. Engaging in regular yoga and wellness activities can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength, which can prevent falls and other injuries. Additionally, yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve cognitive function, and even alleviate chronic pain.
