In its third year, the Toronto Community Champion Award celebrates the extraordinary contributions of local organizations that continue to support the health, well-being and resilience of Toronto residents. This year’s recipients have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing equity, inclusion and social connectedness in their communities with a focus on serving equity-deserving groups.
